Halloween Pictures
It has been a week of pictures. We had my amazingly talented friend Amy do family pics and a bunch of Dylan earlier in the week. I can't wait to see them all. She posted some on her photo blog www.photosbybritton.blogspot.com I love them! I wanted to get some of Dylan in his Halloween costume, but he was so DONE by the time we did the others. I took him to a studio today to get a few shots of Mickey Mouse. They had a $9.95 package that I was FOR SURE going to do...but my little guy is so cute I of course got suckered into a bigger package. Oh well. I suppose the people deserved it since they were both sweating profusely by the time they were finished with him. Did I mention that he doesn't hold still! Here are some for your viewing.

This first one is my favorite, but this one below is funny because he was laughing so hard that he could hardly stand up.

I love the behind shot.

I'm happy with how they turned out! Halloween is so much more fun when you have kids!

Annual St. George Marathon Trip
We took our annual trip down to St. George for the marathon. This year G-pa Davis and Nate ran. It was so disgustingly hot. Dylan and Kade were troopers to hang out in the heat and be so good.
Dylan fell asleep so fast after we got in the car and slept for 4 hrs! Possibly a little bit of heat exhaustion!

It was fun to see the fam even if it was a quick trip. Kade followed Dylan around constantly. It was so cute. Dylan wasn't so sure about it. Every time Kade got too close he'd say "No, No, No, Nope" It was pretty funny. They shared some toys and were good as long as we weren't trying to force them to have pictures together! When Kade would start crying Dylan told him to "Shh be quiet stop crying." You can guess what I tell him when he is throwing a fit! Haha. He'll be a funny big brother one day...NOT any time soon, so don't get any ideas.
Have you ever seen a cuter Sheriff Woody? These jammies are awesome.
We did a few things with just our little family. We spent one day at Sand Hollow Reservoir and another day at Zion National Park.

Sand Hollow. Jeff spent some time fishing out in his float tube. I, on the other hand, chased our child and made sure he didn't drown or break any bones.
Dylan was trying to feed the fish some red sand. We didn't let him, but it was funny!
Zion National Park. This was the first time I have ever been to Zion. It was so beautiful. Jeff packed Dylan around all day. He was a good boy even during the rain storm.

Dylan loved to ride the shuttle bus...it may have something to do with not being strapped in a car seat! We had a pretty big rain storm come through and this is him feeling the rain out the window. He is pretty much the cutest kid ever!
Exhausted. I love this picture.

Lake Powell Sept. 2010
We had an amazing week at Lake Powell in September with a great group of friends and NO kids! It was the first time we had left Dylan. We were a bit nervous, but he did great with G-ma and G-pa Davis. It was so relaxing and refreshing for me and Jeff. We needed this vacation!

Of course there was a lot of fishing going on! The boys had a blast and a few of the girls even got in on the action. It was pure comedy to watch Katie with her first catch! Whenever there is water you can guarantee my hubster will have a pole in hand.

Utopia! Our home for the week.

Defiance House

The whole clan.

A huge thanks to Calie and Dave for being great hosts. We played all day long. There was dancing, music, golf, fishing, boating, hiking, crazy games of 500, fist pumps, great food, awesome friends, and much more. Most of all we created some great memories!

Catch up
OK so...I am behind. I need to spend some time on this blog of mine and get caught up before all of the holiday festivities begin. It is on the to do list for this next week.
So in the mean time here are a few pics of our monster for your viewing pleasure. In case you were wondering...He is still very naughty, creative, and adorable!

Naughty...yep!
I still can't believe he hasn't broken a bone or had stitches yet.

Watching one of the many storms we had a few weeks ago. He loves this window.

MisCHieF
What can I say?? I have a WILD CHILD. He never stops moving and you cannot take your eye off him for a second. Dylan climbs everything. He is quite the critical thinker and seriously I am surprised on a daily basis with the things he does!

I wish I had captured when he pulled out the oven rack to use as a step stool and was on top of the stove...but I was a little panicked that he may have turned the burner knobs.

I discovered this one when I was in the shower and he was swinging that "ball" into the wall over and over. It sounded like it was going to crash through the wall. He just gave me his grin and said "It's a ball momma"

DISGUSTING right!?!? For some reason Dyl thinks it is a good idea to get inside of the toilet. I'm thinking that by the time kids think of this they are probably too big to fit inside a toilet bowl....Not our little squirt. Gross. The first time this happened I was at work and poor Jeff had to deal with it alone! I think he gave him several baths that night. However~ How awesome is my hubby to grab the camera and snap a few pics for me!

The adventures never stop with this little one! NOTHING is safe in my house. Child proofing takes on a whole new meaning with Dylan. Love him!
Stay tuned for Lake Powell pics. So FuN!
